Orders placed via the website or WhatsApp enquiry are treated as a request to purchase and are confirmed only once payment (full or advance, as applicable) is received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
When you upload a reference design through our website, it is used solely to understand your requirement and prepare an estimate. Submission of a design does not guarantee that the exact piece can be replicated; our artisans will share feasibility, pricing and timelines separately before work begins.
Delivery timelines shared at checkout or via WhatsApp are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, custom crafting time, or hallmarking/certification processes. Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated prior to dispatch.
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products in original, unused condition with original packaging, invoice and hallmark certification intact. Customised or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless found defective. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
