Every piece of jewellery is carefully checked for quality and hallmarking standards before it leaves our store:

• In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
• Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Require additional craftsmanship time, typically between 10 to 15 business days.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

2 Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden costs at checkout:

• Domestic Shipping (Within India): We offer complimentary insured shipping on all prepaid orders above a specified value across India.
• Standard shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed transparently at checkout based on your delivery pincode.

3 Transit Insurance & Safety

Because precious jewellery requires supreme care during transit, security is our top priority:

• All shipments are 100% insured against theft, loss, or damage until the moment of physical delivery.
• Packages are sent via trusted, specialized secure logistics partners specializing in high-value valuable transport.

4 Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched from our Lucknow store, typical delivery durations are:

• Major Metros & Tier-1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
• Other Locations across India: 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that unforeseen weather conditions, remote locations, or localized restrictions may occasionally cause minor delays beyond our control.

5 Custom Jewellery Delivery

For bespoke designs or specialized bridal jewellery orders crafted at Shree Radhakrishnan Jewellers, our team stays in constant touch with you via WhatsApp or phone call to provide progress updates right up to final dispatch.

6 Order Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your unique tracking link and airway bill number so you can monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

7 Delivery Attempts & Verification

To ensure absolute security during high-value item delivery:

• Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts if you are unavailable.
• Delivery requires an authorized signature and valid photo identification of the recipient.
• We strongly recommend that you do not accept packages if the tamper-evident security seal appears broken or compromised.

8 International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship across India. If you wish to place an international order, please reach out to our team directly before purchasing to coordinate specialized global insurance and customs documentation requirements.
