Last Updated: August 2026At Shree Radhakrishnan Jewellers, every piece is checked for quality before it reaches you. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To keep the process fair and secure for everyone, returns are accepted only when the following conditions are met:
Prefer a different design or size instead of a refund? We're happy to offer an exchange of equal or higher value (with the difference payable) within the same 7-day window, subject to the eligibility conditions above.
Once your return passes quality check, the refund is initiated to your original payment method (or bank transfer, for cash/showroom purchases). Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect the amount.
Because custom and made-to-order jewellery is crafted specifically for you, these pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except where the item is found to be defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund once verified — no return shipping cost will apply to you in such cases.
